If you receive product that is different from your order, we sincerely apologize. Please phone our office and make arrangements with our staff to make the necessary order corrections. If pricing adjustments are necessary, our staff will discuss payment or credit options prior to making such adjustments.
In the rare occasion that you do not receive product that is on your invoice, we will make it up to you. Please phone our office as soon as you notice that any items were not received on your order.
We take great care and pride in having our customers happy with our products and service. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know. Refunds and/or replacement of products are available upon request for orders in which the product is wrong, omitted or other situations. Refunds are not typically provided for product that a customer simply does not like.
Revising or Cancelling Order
Changes can be made to your order by contacting our office the day prior to your delivery. We will be happy to assist you with making any revisions to your order.
