As many or all of you know, we have been offering FREE home delivery since the COVID restrictions began in March of 2020.  We do not ask for a minimum order and there is no fee.  We are happy to be able to offer this service at NO charge.

In order to keep this a FREE service, we have to be mindful of our expenses.  There have been some issues we must bring to your attention:

• If there is no one home to receive your order and there is no instruction to leave the order, our driver is instructed to leave a note and bring your order back to our shop for the next scheduled delivery day. There have been occasions when he would back track after receiving a call that you found his note and are now home.  This affects our costs in wages and in fuel.
  • If you miss your delivery, our driver will not back track. Depending on where he is on his route, he may be able to meet you at a designated spot and time you both agree on.
  • Our driver will NOT leave an order if there is no one home to receive it UNLESS he is given permission. You can phone our office or make a note when submitting an online order.
• We will deliver an order only if it is PAID unless arrangements have been made with our office.
  • As a reminder and give you an opportunity to take care of your invoice, a copy of your invoice is emailed either the afternoon of the day before your delivery or the morning of your delivery. If our email address is not added as one of your contacts, the email will most likely be found in your Spam or Junk folder.

If we are mindful and work efficiently, together we will be able to keep this FREE service available.
